D40 Camera Settings as suggested by Michael Schwarz
These are my personal opinions and preferences only. They are not authorized by Nikon
in any way. Your experiences and opinions may differ.
NOTE: These setting are a result of limited testing and are subject to change.

The D40 is an entry level digital SLR that can be used with varying levels of control and complexity.
The suggested settings below are for using the camera in the simplest, most automated way.  
These settings therefore, are the easiest but offer the least amount of user control.
